The Team

Sunet Wessels – Principal

Sunet’s passion for education and the students at the school is infectious. Her belief that every child deserves an opportunity to be educated fuels her drive to work day and night. She gives her all to the school and its students. Sunet promotes a climate of high expectations, respect, and dignity.  She leads by example by creating a safe environment that emphasizes fully inclusive practices that develop and support the school and the community.

Sunet strongly believes that she can fulfill the primary goal of education, i.e. to create self-sufficient men and women who are capable of doing new things, not simply repeating what other generations have done. Men and women who are creative in their thinking. The second goal of education that she instills, is to challenge the children to ask questions and not just accept everything they are offered.
